Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start one, so there is nothing to refund during the trial — you can simply stop using GMB Pro, or delete your account, at any point before it ends.
Cancelling a paid plan
You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle — you keep access to the plan you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid, then the account moves back to the trial/free state rather than being charged again.
Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for a period only partially used — cancelling does not pro-rate a refund for the remaining days, it stops future billing. This applies except where the law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise, in which case that law controls.
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or billing that continued after you cancelled — contact us and we will investigate and correct it.
Price changes
We will give notice before changing prices. A price change applies from your next billing cycle, not to a period you have already paid for.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account is separate from cancelling a plan: it erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone. It does not itself generate a refund for the current billing period, for the same reason cancelling alone does not.
