The service
GMB Pro, operated by Apnaaapan, helps you manage Google Business Profiles: generating posts, drafting replies to reviews, tracking local rankings, auditing citations, and collecting private feedback from your customers.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. You must have the right to manage every Google Business Profile you connect. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
What we will not do, and what you must not ask us to
Google's Maps review policy prohibits review gating — asking customers for a rating and then steering the unhappy ones away from leaving a public review. Enforcement includes profile restriction and suspension.
This product does not do that, and the restriction is built into how it works rather than left to policy. Every review link shows the same two options, in the same order, to every customer, and no rating is collected before that choice. Submitting private feedback never removes the option to also leave a public review.
You must not use GMB Pro to:
- Write or post reviews on your own behalf, or supply customers with review text to copy.
- Offer anything of value in exchange for a positive review.
- Manage a profile for a business you are not authorised to act for.
- Publish content that is false, misleading or unlawful.
We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is doing any of these.
AI-generated content
Posts, replies and images are generated by AI and can be wrong. You remain responsible for everything published to your profile. We default to holding generated content for your approval; if you turn that off, content publishes without review and that is your decision. Do not rely on generated text for claims about pricing, availability, offers or anything else you have not verified.
Third-party services
The service depends on Google Business Profile and on AI providers. Their availability, rate limits and policies are outside our control, and changes on their side can interrupt or alter what GMB Pro can do.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Trials require no card. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before changing prices. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details.
Cancelling
You may cancel or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting the account erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and cannot be undone.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic or leads — no one honestly can, since Google decides those. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
