Reviews
Reply to every Google review without it becoming a job
GMB Pro drafts a reply to each new review in your tone. By default every reply waits for a person to approve it before it goes to Google.
Approval first, automatic only with your consent
Replies are held for approval unless an admin gives express consent, per location, for replies to higher-rated reviews to publish on their own. Low-rated and sensitive reviews always wait for a person.
- Draft automatically or only on request
- Set the star rating below which approval is always required
- Edit any draft before it goes out
Replies that don't invent facts
Drafts are written from your profile and the review itself, in your brand voice. Read them before you approve: you stay responsible for what is published under your name.
Nothing to do with how you ask for reviews
Reply rules only affect the replies you publish. They never change who sees your review link, which is the same for every customer. See the compliance section on the homepage.
Questions
- Can I approve replies before they publish?
- Yes. That is the default for every plan. Replies publish automatically only where an admin has given express consent for that location, and never for low-rated or sensitive reviews.
- Does replying to reviews help local rankings?
- Replying shows customers you are listening. We don't claim a specific ranking effect, because nobody outside Google can measure one precisely.
